The childhood life of the Holy Prophet
Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Abdul Muttalib, the father of the Holy Prophet,
had died six months before his birth and he was brought up by his grandfather Hazrat Abdul Muttalib. During this time, the Prophet (peace be upon him) lived with a Bedouin tribe for some time, as was the custom in Arabia. The aim was to teach the children fluent Arabic and to raise them in a healthy way in the open air. For four days after birth, the mother breastfed her son and then for six days Abu Lahab's slave girl Sobia breastfed him. Breastfeeding mothers from Taif and other healthy places used to come to these settlements to fetch children. Seeing the orphan, many women did not adopt Muhammad (peace be upon him). Halima Saadia was weak in every way and she did not have any child so she preferred to adopt the orphan Muhammad (PBUH) without leaving home and left with the caravan. Halima thought I would have a child. Let me take a bath When the water began to fill the glass, it was as if it was filled with stars. Very surprised. When he took a bath, the stars were coming out of the glass. After the bath, Halima's husband Haris said that Halima's goat's teats were full of milk. "I feel the same way," Halima said. Babies will be full and drink milk. So that's what happened. The caravan left for its destination.
.Two years later, Halima took Muhammad (peace be upon him) to her mother, but she told him to keep her with him. In a good climate, you will be healthy and well. Two more years later, Halima saw that you were playing outside the house. Added back to the chest Mubarak. Halima became frightened by this incident and brought Muhammad (peace be upon him) back to her mother and told him the whole story.
On his return from Taif at the age of four, Mubarak stayed with his mother Majida for two years. When she was six years old, her mother, Ms Yasrib, took her to visit her relatives. She also visited her husband's grave. He stayed for a month and then returned to his father's place, which is close to Badr Sharif. His health deteriorated there and he passed away at his father's place. Thus, at the age of six, he lost the affection of his mother.
Umm Ayman, the servant of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), came to her grandfather with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and handed over his trust to him. The grandfather loved the grandson dearly. I would be very happy to see them play and jump. After staying with his grandfather for two years, he too passed away at the age of 83. Now your responsibility falls on your uncle Abu Talib who for forty years stood shoulder to shoulder with his beloved nephew and took care of him in every way.
Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) also took a business trip to Syria with Hazrat Abu Talib and got acquainted with the affairs of trade. During this journey, a Christian monk named Bahira saw in the Prophet (sws) some of the signs that were written in the ancient heavenly books about a coming prophet. He told Abu Talib that if the Jews or Christians of Syria found these signs, the life of the Prophet (peace be upon him) could be in danger. So Abu Talib postponed the journey and returned to Mecca. This shows that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not spend his childhood in sports like ordinary children, but the signs of Prophethood were present in him from the beginning. One such incident took place when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was with his midwife in the Bedouin tribe. There, some Abyssinian Christians looked closely at the Prophet (peace be upon him) And asked some questions until they found the signs of prophethood and then said that we will catch this child and take him to our land. After this incident, the Holy Prophet (sws) was returned to Mecca.
