ایک بار دو انتہائی قریبی دوست صحرا میں سفر کر رہے تھے .. راستے میں بات کرتے ہوئے دونوں میں جھگڑا ہو گیا اور بات اتنی بڑھ گئی کہ ایک دوست نے دوسرے دوست کے چہرے پر تھپڑ مار دیا ..
تھپڑ مارنے والا دوست بہت افسردہ تھا لیکن کچھ بولے بغیر اس نے ریت پر لکھا .. "آج میرے سب سے اچھے اور گہرے دوست نے مجھے چہرے پر تھپڑ مارا .."
چلتے چلتے انہوں نے ایک جھیل دیکھا .. دونوں نے نہانے کا ارادہ کیا .. اچانک دوست نے تھپڑ مارا وہ اندر پھنس گیا جھیل کے دلدلی حصہ لیکن اس دوست نے جس نے اسے تھپڑ مارا تھا اسے بچا لیا .. پھر بچ جانے والے دوست نے پتھر پر لکھا .. "آج میرے سب سے اچھے اور گہرے دوست نے میری جان بچائی۔ "
"یہ دیکھ کر ، اس دوست نے جس نے مجھے تھپڑ مارا اور بعد میں میری جان بچا لی ،" جب میں نے آپ کو تکلیف دی تو آپ نے ریت پر لکھا ، اور جب آپ نے اپنی جان بچائی تو آپ نے پتھر پر لکھا۔ کیوں؟ "۔؟"
